Brit Filmakadémia díjátadója, amin a legfontosabb kategóriákban (a legjobb film és rendező) a Sráckor diadalmaskodott, míg a legtöbb díjat a Grand Budapest Hotel vihette haza, szám szerint ötöt. Ezenkívül a díjszezon további kedvencei, a Whiplash és A mindenség elmélete (ami a legjobb brit film lett) is elnyert három-három díjat.
